GodSparx didn't start as a website. It started as a habit — Justin and Calie Cook noticing that every time someone shared what God had actually done in their life, something happened in the room. Skeptics leaned in. Tired believers sat up. Somebody always said, "I needed to hear that."

And then… the story would disappear. Told once over coffee, or in a small group, and gone. Meanwhile, the internet was overflowing with arguments about God and starving for evidence of Him.

Scripture puts a shocking amount of weight on the simple act of telling your story:

Not by winning debates. By testimony. Your story — the addiction that broke, the marriage that came back to life, the prayer that got answered, the peace that showed up when it made no sense — is spiritual equipment. It's meant to be deployed, not archived.

So we built GodSparx

A place where testimonies live in public. Where anyone can share their story — written, filmed, or spoken — with a free account and a couple of minutes. Every story is read by a real person before it goes live, to keep this place real and safe. There are no public like counts, no follower counts, and no ads, ever. Stories are ranked by one thing only: how much they actually helped people.

We called it GodSparx because that's what a testimony is: a spark. Small, bright, and capable of setting something much bigger on fire in the person who catches it. Alongside the stories you'll find daily sparks — one-sentence testimonies of praise and prayer — and a daily devotional we write ourselves, every morning.

Our prayer for this place

That somebody at 2am, searching the internet for proof that God still moves, lands on a story from a total stranger and thinks: if He did that for them, maybe He's not done with me.

That's the whole mission. One spark at a time.
